Hot melt yarn is adjusted to melt between 85°C and 180°C by varying the raw material properties. It is woven with other fibres at room temperature to replace glue and other chemical adhesives. This removes volatile and powdery contaminants, making it non-toxic and environmentally safe, while reducing production costs.
