Texturing workship
Yiming’s Textured Plant has 32 production lines that yield an average of around 3300 tons per month. Texturing yarn is a critical process that enhances POY yarn by introducing surface irregularities to provide it with bulk and elasticity.
This improves the yarn’s overall functionality while also enhancing its appearance and texture. Different techniques like air-jet texturing, false-twist texturing, and knit-deknit texturing can be utilized to achieve varying textures. The procedure’s friction permanently crimps the POY to increase its flexibility and retain more heat. It also provides the yarn with a better grip while decreasing thermal conduction. These textured yarns are utilized across multiple industries, including apparel, home furnishings, and industrial textiles.
